Customers who access this web site from locations outside the United Kingdom do so at their own risk and on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, to the extent that any local laws are applicable. Nothing in these Terms shall in any way be deemed to restrict or affect your statutory rights under English law.

All terms and conditions contained on this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. All elements of the Website content and all logos, graphics, software and video clips excluding photography are protected by UK copyright laws. You are entitled to view the Website and to print pages of the Website for the sole purpose of placing an order with Wow Cufflinks. However, any copying or downloading from the Website without written permission from Essentials Direct Ltd is strictly prohibited and will be deemed an infringement of copyright.

Orders

Receipt of your credit or debit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order takes place upon dispatch of the goods to you, at which point the purchase contract is made. We reserve the right to decline your order for any reason whatsoever and to refuse bulk orders. If orders are declined we will refund in full any payment made to us.

Prices

Delivery charges will be added to the price of the goods purchased so that the on-line order form shows the total charges which we will debit. We reserve the right to amend any prices without any prior notice and to end any promotions at any time. We reserve the right to add or withdraw any item at any time. In the event that an incorrect price is advertised, we shall amend such price upon notification. We are under no obligation to supply any product that is priced incorrectly.

Payments

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from our Merchants that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.

Delivery

Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to your nominated delivery address, whereupon the risk of loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale.

Delivery or Shipping costs and procedures are set out in the Shipping & Returns page of this website, and any amendments to costs or services related to shipping will be disclosed in that page.

If you are purchasing for delivery to any country outside the United Kingdom, you are liable for any costs relating to import duties or taxes levied in the country that you have requested delivery to. Any such charges are not included in the contract between you and Essentials Direct Ltd.

Cancelling orders prior to dispatch

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it. Please see our ‘contact us’ for contact details. You will need to give us your name and address details, and any order number if supplied to cancel your order.

If you cancel part of an order the postage and packaging charge is recalculated on the price of the goods you keep.

Cancelling orders after dispatch

When you order from us online, you are entitled to a cooling off period after dispatch, when you can return your goods without any penalty. Our cooling off period is 7 days.

This period starts 7 days after the day following delivery of the goods. During this time you may contact us to return your delivery. We will then allow a further 7 days in which you must return your purchase to us. We retain the right to refuse to refund payment if the goods have not been returned to us within this 14 day period. . If we agree to accept returned goods after the cooling off period has ended, a re-stocking fee of 20% will be applied, this amount will be deducted from any amounts to be refunded.

Returning goods

If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, within the cooling off period.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer. We will only cover the cost of faulty or damaged returned goods.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be used within their expiry date.
